This bridge is different from most of the other riveted truss bridges in the county that follow a similar standard plan, and thus it stands out as something different. The difference in design is likely due to the fact that it is a 1910 bridge, older than the many truss bridges in the county dating to 1920-1960. The bridge retains good historic integrity as well. Original lattice railings remain on the bridge.
