This is a small stone arch bridge that is likely post-1900. There is some concrete added to the top of the abutments, but otherwise, the bridge appears to retain good historic integrity. It is unknown whether this is a prolific structure type in West Virginia, but in general, remaining stone structures should be considered significant.
