Bridge Documentation

This bridge is both impressive and graceful with its two large through arch spans which include overhead bracing. The bridge spans appear to function as tied arches with unusually enormous plate girder ties at the deck level. The bridge appears to retain good historic integrity with no major alterations.

This bridge received a rushed photo-documentation. About five minutes after arriving at this bridge a menacing storm arrived, so the quality and quantity of photos is someone lacking, although the collection does manage to include a fairly substantial collection of overview and detail photos given the situation!
