Bridge Documentation

This truly unique bridge is noted for its extremely rare main span, a timber lattice deck truss. This bridge consists of 6 spans: From east to west: 3 T Beams, 1 Wood Deck truss, 2 T beams. Note that the railing changes on the deck truss span. The bridge is posted for a 5 ton limit, single lane, and includes a large sidewalk. Township records state the bridge was "acquired" in 1930, it is not known if that refers to the construction date, or an ownership transfer.
