This is a traditional concrete arch railroad overpass of tunnel-style design, meaning it is narrow in terms of roadway width, has a semicircular arch, and the bridge itself is fairly wide (long, in terms of driving under it). The
concrete on this bridge is unornamented and suffers from moderate spalling. The bridge today carries a rail-trail. A short distance south of this bridge on the same railroad line is a concrete arch span over Millers Run. It is very similar
in design to this overpass but is extremely overgrown and nearly impossible to photograph. A couple photos of the bridge are included in the photo gallery for this overpass.
