Truss Outriggers

The truss' that are scabbed onto the rail car sides basically do no provide any structural support, and serve more like a guardrail. No weight limits were posted on either approach.

Prior to 1995 there were two full piers in the river. One standing and one toppled but whole. Now only the footings remain. Possibly removed around the time the old Grigsby Ford Road Bridge was demolished.
