M St Plaque
I think this plaque was placed on the M St bridge. The bridge was constructed in 1911, funded in part by Sacramento County, and the individuals listed on the plaque were elected in 1910. All I need to confirm this is a good close up photo of the bridge entrance. No luck so far. Plaque is 24" x 24" and heavy!
