"This documentation was undertaken in March, 1994 in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement among the Advisory Council on Histroic Preservation, the Michigan State Historic Preservation Officer, the Federal Highway Administration, the Michigan Department of Transportation and the Barega County Road Commission as a mitigory measure prior to replacing the bridge in July 1994.The report was prepared by Michael T. Drewyor, of Hitch, Inc., Houghton, MI."
