1877 map
Here is a map from Caldwell's Atlas of Clarion County (1877) showing East Parker (Pollock). This map shows the location of the railroad depot, a hotel, and several other structures. It also shows the Parker and Karns City Railroad crossed the bridge, connecting both sides of the Allegheny River. Could there have been tracks on the bridge?

The final jam - 1934
Text copied from linked facebook page: Here is a clipping from Newspapers.com (paid subscription site) from the March 8, 1934 edition of the News-Herald (Franklin, PA). The caption reads: "Here is the manner in which the jammed ice in the Allegheny River on Monday threatened the bridge at Parker's Landing. In fact, the pressure of the ice was sufficient to move the bridge three inches. Then just when it seems that the structure would be swept downstream, the big ice pack began moving out. Traffic over the bridge has been suspended on account of its weakened condition. Farther downstream the gorge stacked up at East Brady, tearing out two spans of the town's bridge over the Allegheny, and making necessary a detour of 59 miles to get to the other side:"
