The creek was low enough to get some really great shots, normally this is partly underwater.

The cement repairs
These cement repairs took place after a flood in 2007. This was done after 3 large boulders and several rocks pelted the inside of the bridge's support wall and tore off huge chunks of brick.

Looking towards the river
The debris you see here was left over from the massive flood of Spring, 2007. It washed large boulders, some as huge as 6 feet in circumference, through the portal and damaged the walls.

Looking up
That crack appeared sometime in 2007 according to a local guide, it was from the stress of all the rain from a spring downpour.

The looming grace
Notice the stone work here, it has only been rehabilitated once in it's 100+ years of existence. This portal has all of it's place stones from original construction.

1881
The plaque is very tiny but is also a keystone for the roof of the structure, it took a bit of squinting but you can make out the year of 1881.

Here you can see the actual damage left behind by the flood of '07. There was another flood that happened in late '08 that brought some of the trees and brush to the forefront. They haven't really been cleared away yet as you can see.
