This bridge showcases an unusual gothic/fence railing style that showed up on bridges in the 1940s. This bridge is noted for its historic integrity, and relatively good condition. The bridge was built in 1948 as a Federal Aid Secondary Project, funded through federal, state, and local road commission resources. D.T. Frank was the contractor for the bridge.
