This small bridge appears on this website to document an example of old small-scale bridge construction in Ontario. Of the same class of bridges on Fisher Road in Michigan, these small concrete bridges were like "glorified culverts" meaning that they are bridges in terms of construction but culverts in terms of length. If these bridges were replaced, it is likely that corrugated steel culverts would take their place. Despite this bridge's small size, it still has some architectural detailing, in the inset designs present on the railings. This bridge is a testimony to the attention to appearance and aesthetic appeal given even to the smallest of bridges built in the past.
