One of the few surviving metal truss bridges in the region is this abandoned railroad bridge. The bridge suffers from severe section loss in unusual areas such as the overhead sway bracing and top chord. Bridgehunter has a 1902 construction date listed to this, while Wikipedia listed a 1913 construction date. The plaques no longer survive on the bridge so neither of these dates could be confirmed. The bridge also sits on very unusual brick piers. The railroad line was reportedly abandoned in 1986. The railroad was originally the Seaboard Air Line Railway. This area is a ghost town called Willow. Lengths given are extremely rough estimates.
