This richly ornamented bridge crossing a cemetery road not only functions as a grade separation, ensuring privacy for cemetery visitors, it is also a visual centerpiece landmark, functioning as a gateway for traffic approaching the Crown Hill Mausoleum. The cemetery perimeter fence, which looks architecturally totally different than this bridge, continues right over this bridge.
