This bridge was built ca. 1915 or ca.1920 depending on what source is checked. It is a very unusual ribbed closed spandrel concrete arch bridge consisting of two arch ribs only. There is no barrel, no earth fill, and no articulated floor beams for the deck. There are only the two arch ribs, and a reinforced concrete deck on top. The deck cantilevers out from the arch ribs a bit. The railings are composed as follows: incised rectangles set into solid concrete parapets. This railing design is similar to bridges often associated with Daniel Luten, but the other design details of this bridge are atypical for Luten. This may not be a Luten bridge and may instead be a competitor's attempt to provide a low cost alternative to Luten's patented arch designs.
