Bridge Documentation

Relocated and preserved on a trail, this tiny pony truss has an unusual design in the context of Indiana. Most riveted pony trusses in Indiana do not have rolled beams for the top chord and end post like this bridge. The v-laced railing (rather than latticed) is unusual as well. The historic integrity of the bridge is excellent with the only exception being the bridge width was reduced when it was moved here. The original location was an unknown road over Fisher's Fork of Brush Creek.
