This bridge was built in 1947. It contains three spans in total. From north to south there is a large Pennsylvania through truss span, a smaller Parker through truss span, and finally two steel stringer spans which were angled to provide a slight curve to the roadway at this point. Both truss spans are noted for their heavy skew which greatly influences the visual appearance of the bridge, giving it a distinctively unusual appearance. Also unusual in both truss spans is the heavy portal bracing containing two rows of lattice, but with a much larger lattice on the lower row. The Pennsylvania truss span is quite different looking from the Parker truss span not just because of the different in truss configuration, but also because the Parker truss span's vertical and diagonal members are composed of rolled beams, while the Pennsylvania truss has built-up beams with v-lacing, giving a greater geometric complexity to the Pennsylvania truss both in terms of member design and truss configuration.

As of 2014, this bridge is reportedly scheduled for rehabilitation.
