This bridge appears to be a two span concrete arch bridge that carries an abandoned railroad line. However because the railroad line was built in 1886 (before the concrete era), it is possible the bridge is actually a stone arch bridge that has been encased in concrete. A concrete arch would not have been the first bridge on this line. The bridge has some areas of spalling and no reinforcing is visible in the concrete. It may be that the reinforcing is deeper within the bridge. However it could also indicate a very early concrete bridge that is not reinforced, which would be really strange for a railroad, or it could support the theory that a stone arch is buried inside.
Railroads preferred metal and stone over concrete in most cases. This is particularly true in Michigan where concrete railroad bridges are almost unheard of and the railroads almost exclusively used metal structures. In Michigan it is a striking contrast to the state's highway bridges, where a preference for concrete is quite apparent.
