This bridge, noted for its v-laced end posts, has the unusual distinction of its portal bracing broken and dangling at one end! Presumably, this was the result of some overheight vehicle ramming the portal bracing.
With riveted built-up floorbeams and short panels for an estimated 110 foot span, this bridge could date to as old as the 1880s.

This bridge is on a private drive that Google has shown as Dobby Drive. If accurate, whoever named the road must have been a Harry Potter fan! Both the character and this bridge would appear to share the unfortunate fate of recieving physical abuse!
