This is a good example of a fairly old welded truss bridge from the mid 20th century. The earliest examples date to the 1930s, but this bridge with somewhat unusual design details (compared to modern welded trusses like those in Ohio) stands out. Welded trusses (old or new) are not as common as in Ohio where they are extremely common having been built for many decades and still built today.
The NBI 2021 reports this bridge as closed, and it is confirmed to be slated for demolition and replacement per area news articles. As of 2022, it is even possible it is already gone.
