Bridge Documentation

No plaque survives on this bridge, but the presence of the BSCO Lackawanna name on bridge steel indicates this bridge was built after 1922, when Bethlehem Steel acquired Lackawanna Steel.

This bridge has combined outriggers and vertical members that feature v-lacing that extends over the entire vertical member / outrigger structure. This detail is similar to a pony truss bridges elsewhere that were built by the Ontario Bridge Company. It is possible, although not proven, that this bridge was also built by the Ontario Bridge Company.
