This is an unusual high level viaduct type bridge noted for its multiple pony truss spans. This bridge was built in 1938 by the Canadian Bridge Company of Walkerville Ontario. It carries Secondary Highway 520 (Ontario Street) (formerly Highway 11) across the Magnetawan River, Abandoned Canadian National Magnetawan River Spur, and Syples Street. The bridge consists of three steel stringer approaches (thin slab, two spans at the south, one at the north) as well as the two pony truss spans that span the river. The two south stringer spans cross the abandoned rail line and the municipal road. The bridge is skewed and also on a grade with the low end being at the north.
