This bridge is an excellent example of a concrete rainbow arch bridge, also known as a concrete bowstring bridge. This bridge has a fairly long span for a concrete bowstring without overhead bracing. The bridge is unaltered and thus has excellent historic integrity. The bridge overall appears to be in decent physical condition, making this bridge a good candidate for rehabilitation and preservation.
