This bridge is a large high level deck truss that consists of traditionally composed rivet-connected trusses. The bridge carries two sets of tracks and is configured with three truss lines. The bridge appears to use piers from a previous bridge since the southern 1/3 of the piers is concrete, where the rest is stone. The bridge remains in heavy use by trains. A number of alterations are visible on the bridge such as replacement of lacing, and bracing under the bridge. These alterations stick out visually because it appears that galvanized steel was used, while the original metal of the bridge has rusted.
