View Heritage Bridge Inventory Sheet For This Bridge

This concrete bowstring arch bridge is an example of this bridge type that has a slightly different balustrade railing design than is found on most bridges of this type on rural Ontario roads. This is according to the Heritage Bridge Inventory evidence of association with a particular engineering firm, Christie and Beattie. This example sadly suffers from severe damage and/or deterioration at the ends of the railing/arch. Otherwise however, it retains good historic integrity and is without alteration.
