Bridge Documentation

The only Luten arch in Oregon, this is a classic example of a Luten arch with the balustrade railing used for urban bridges. This bridge also has two unique bronze bas-relief by noted Oregon sculptor Avard Fairbanks, one for the Oregon Trail, and the other for Lewis and Clark. Reportedly Daniel Luten himself was involved with the design of this bridge along with G. R. Edwards.
