Lake Street is also known as State Road 425. The bridge is in Wilson, New York and appears to go over a small and short branch of 12 Mile Creek. This bridge is a tiny arch bridge with unusually ornate railings that include decorative posts, which presumably originally also functions as light standards. The other main interest in this structure are the unusually ornate approach metal railings, which appear to be from a former bridge, perhaps a beam bridge or a tiny truss bridge from the turn of the century or earlier. Few historic bridges that remain today retain railings as ornate as these approach railings. The design of the railing, a sort of "arch lattice" is particularly rare.
