This multiple span pin-connected through truss makes a beautiful gateway at the mouth of the Kiskiminetas River. It features three traditionally composed pin-connected through truss spans. The piers of the bridge are stone with concrete on top, suggesting the original height of the piers was increased at some point. It is not known if the piers are older than the truss spans.
A historical article about this bridge revealed that a welded alteration to turnbuckles on a diagonal member was actually a newsworthy repair dating to 1929 (early for the use of welding in bridge work).
