This is one of a small number of surviving bridges by Horseheads Bridge company, and like many of the company's bridges, this one has unusual design details. This bridge has the company's standard distinctive iron pin caps. More unusual even among Horseheads bridges, is the bottom chord. The bottom chord is polygonal, which is a rare design detail. Also unusual is the fact that the bottom chord is continuous over the hip vertical and is not connected to the hip vertical. It passes through a hole in the vertical member with no connection made. This bridge has been preserved for pedestrian use, and is located in a scenic setting next to a mill. The bridge was evaluated by the Pennsylvania SHPO in 2020 and determined to be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Length given is an estimate.
