Bridge Documentation

This railroad bridge features a plate girder swing span, with slightly larger fixed through truss approach spans at each end. The swing span no longer operates for boats.

This bridge is unusual in that its main span is not the longest span of the bridge. Lengths given are extremely rough estimates. But the swing span appears to be a 130 foot span, with the approach fixed truss spans being about 170 feet.
