This very large and impressive concrete arch bridge has been extensively rehabilitated. As a result of rehabilitation, structural condition is very good, but there was a notable loss of historic integrity: everything above the arch ribs and between the piers was demolished and replaced, albeit with new materials closely matching the original appearance. Thus, the piers and arch ribs are original, while columns, deck, deck stringers, and railing are all-new.
