This rare surviving riveted through truss highway bridge has been left in place as a non-structural decoration on a concrete superstructure. It appears over its service life it recieved a number of alterations and repairs as riveted connections have been replaced with welded plates, and other welded repairs are visible.
The previous bridge at this location was a timber bridge dating to 1890.
Lengths given are very rough estimates. The bridge has very short spans for a Parker through truss bridge.
