This bridge is next to the Echo River Railroad Bridge. This bridge is an uncommon example of a multi-span pony truss. The bridge is a Warren pony truss with riveted connections. It features lattice outriggers. This bridge has an unusual top chord, which is quite small yet is built up with rivets holding it together, as can be seen on top of it. These rivets are spaced unusually also, when compared to other similar bridges. Original pole railings are present on the bridge. The deck base is concrete. This bridge is closed with good reason, since the abutments have had the dirt washed out from behind them. The trusses however remain in good condition and would be great candidates for restoration either here or in a new location for pedestrian use.
This bridge is in a scenic location, with the extremely short river giving way to Echo Bay with large hills off in the distance.
