If you are in the downtown Goshen area, you might find this old riveted water tower and brick water works building. The building was erected in 1935 by Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, and it has the official federally designed plaque design that sometimes shows up on bridges built under Depression recovery funds. The riveted tower may be older than the building. The tower sits on a stone foundation.
