Floor beams. To the left of the truss u-bolts under the stringers are u-shaped rods. Could these be for planned neglect, designed to "catch" the floorbeams when the original hangers fail causing the floorbeams to drop?
Broken u-bolt hanger on truss. If this truss was load-bearing it would have been closed long before this occured. However with the stringers bearing load, there is no requirement to close the bridge nor much of an incentive beyond preservation to fix this.
