What is this rusty substructure cabinet? Its none other than "PennDOT's Compartment." The sign says so! What lurks within? Electrical equipment? Or could this be where PennDOT stores its secret plans to demolish every historic bridge in Pennsylvania?
If you are photographing this bridge and suddenly get an urge to take your car apart, this sign suggests that you might want to rethink that idea.
