This photo was taken from Douglas Coulter's website, and based on the markings left on the bridge, is exactly the same plaque that would have been found on the 21 Mile Road Bridge. This particular plaque is a 1885 plaque, the same year that the 21 Mile Road bridge was built.
This is the marking left on the bridge where the plaque was.
