2009 Rehabilitation: This was a modest rehabilitation project, not a complete comprehensive restoration. This deck stringer had an isolated area of complete section loss, but was not repaired or replaced, because it simply was not a major issue to the structural integrity of the bridge.
2009 Rehabilitation: In contrast to the previous photos, this photo shows a stringer that does appear to have been replaced. It is white instead of blue.
