This bridge is a good example of a small-scale Marsh rainbow arch with no overhead bracing. Aside from a missing plaque, the historic integrity is good. An asphalt overlay that doesn't fully seal the deck, combined with a curb that has gone uncleaned for so long that healthy grass grows in it, are concerns for the long-term service life of the bridge, due to moisture entrapment. These should be corrected to protect the historic bridge's concrete.
