This is the last truss bridge in Luce County and one of the last old bridges of any historic significance at all. The bridge is a small, traditionally composed early 20th Century Warren pony truss. The bridge has had a small load-bearing girder and floorbeam structure added to it. This either supplements or bypassed the function of the original trusses. However, despite this, the original trusses themselves retain good historic integrity and were not substantially altered by the addition of the girders.
