This small truss bridge on private property is the only known historic bridge of any kind in Ogemaw County. It is a traditionally composed example of a small-scale rivet-connected pony truss bridge. It is the smallest possible Pratt truss in terms of panels as it has only two panels. It may have been the former Greenwood Road Bridge. The builder is not known for this bridge although it may be the work of the Joliet Bridge and Iron Company of Joliet, Illinois. Tiny screws on the end posts resemble those used on other bridges with Joliet plaques, and also the details of this truss are similar to those pony truss bridges, although to be fair the details are not particularly unusual or unique and may have been used by other bridge companies.
