Bridge Documentation

This bridge is one of the few surviving bridges designed by one of the greatest engineers in American history. As bridges designed by George Morison go, this bridge is not the largest, but so many of his bridges have bneen lost that this surviving bridge is nevertheless highly significant as a bridge designed by the engineer who built some of the first major river, long-span metal truss bridges in America. Visit the Frisco Bridge page to learn more about Morison.
