This rare surviving rainbow arch bridge in New York State is also unusual for being built by a Luten bridge company since most of the Daniel Luten patented designs were more focused on deck arch bridge designs. The plaque lists the builder as Luten Bridge Company, Inc, however several companies that held rights to Daniel Luten's patents used this name and it is not known which one built this bridge. The bridge features solid railings on the main span that are similar to those found on many deck arch bridges built using the Luten patents.
