This bridge offers a pleasing combination of a Parker through truss span with a single pony truss approach span at each end. The historic integrity of the bridge is good. One panel of lattice railing was noted to be very badly damaged. Some of the steel on this bridge bears the name of Scullin Steel (from St. Louis) which is a rare company to find on bridge steel.
