This bridge is a steel stringer bridge that has the fascia beam encased in concrete. Combined with its concrete railings, the bridge is made to look like an all-concrete bridge. While not highly significant, the bridge is unaltered and retains excellent historic integrity, making it a good example of its type.

Built in 1931, it has no innovative or distinguishing details and is an example of the most common, mid-20th century bridge type in the state. Neither the bridge nor its setting or context are historically or technologically noteworthy.
