This rare example of a small-scale truss swing bridge was relocated and preserved for pedestrian use. The previous location was over the Obion River on CR S8025 west of Lenox. In this previous location, the bridge had been damaged by an overweight vehicle in 1978. One pony truss span collapsed, leaving the remaining bridge abandoned. It was dismantled in 1985 and the swing span (minus all approach spans) was moved here in 1987-1988.
