This is a tiny concrete arch bridge. It is unaltered, but one of the solid concrete railing panels has fallen off of the bridge, and the adjacent panel is slightly pushed off the bridge. It seems like a car collision might
be responsible. The bridge is noteworthy for being built by the Luten Bridge Company of York, Pennsylvania, one of a number of bridge companies across the nation authorized to build Daniel Luten patent bridges.
