The remains of the builder plaque. This unusual circular channel is unique enough to make it certain that it is the work of Central Bridge and Engineering Company. Note directly above the plaque, a splice plate on top of the cover plate... this is an unusual detail found on other bridges by Central Bridge and Engineering Company.
Portal bracing. Note the use of solid plate at each end of the bracing which is notched to match the angles of the lattice in the center. This technique is found on most bridges by Central Bridge and Engineering Company.
