This bridge is an unusual example of a railroad through truss following a double-intersection Warren truss configuration. Additionally, the bridge is unusual among Double-intersection Warren trusses because the panels are subdivided. The bridge has been abandoned by the railroad. A trail leads toward, but does not officially cross the bridge. Perhaps there are plans to reuse this bridge for the trail. As it stands, although the bridge has not been redecked for pedestrian use, people are likely already using it as a pedestrian bridge.
